I sold cars in my past and worked for a dealership that was high pressure and don't let the potential customer off the lot until you sold them a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and given all the answers to our questions. The vehicle we were going to purchase was sold while we were filling out the credit app and the sales manager offered to sell us his vehicle which had more options and had only been on at the dealership for less than 2 week with lower miles. Financing was smooth and simple with no high pressure to add additional products. A good buying experience. More

My husband and I were looking for a family friendly vehicle and ended up landing on a Sorento. Chris made sure to stick within our "guidelines" and listened to every question and concern we had. I felt like we were actually important enough because we got exactly what we wanted and needed. We worked with Justin in the financial department and he explained everything we needed to know about our loan in perfect detail. Excellent Wow is how I will start this I been running around trying to get a good deal I wasn't for sure who and were I could go the first dealership I tried wa Wow is how I will start this I been running around trying to get a good deal I wasn't for sure who and were I could go the first dealership I tried was the Toyota dealership in my home town burnsville but I couldn't get no were with them the payments was much much more expensive than what I was looking for and having a family of 4 kids I needed a van and nothing else but a van like I said before the Toyota dealer was much more expensive than I was looking for. For a used van I talked to every single person but I couldn't find anyone who knew were to go after my time had been wasted with the Toyota dealership so I was talking to my dad who told me were to go talk to chris he would be able to get someone to help me he was right I applied for finance and just a day later I am in the van I want and all the options I need and wanted and the payment that I could afford and comfortable with I am glad I took the time to apply for finance with luther Kia of Bloomington they helped me when I needed it most I am very happy with chris stelljes and Kia of Bloomington and thank you also in finance who worked for me so hard on this deal thanks again Matthew Thomas douvier but I shout out a big thank you to chris stellijes I am happy with my van and with more options than I expected but wanted. More
