We reviewed your history and saw that the vehicle was purchased in 2020 and hasn’t been in our service department for more than three years. Because of that, it’s difficult for us to understand or address the concerns you’re mentioning from several years ago. We take accountability seriously, and we certainly don’t want any customer to feel unheard or mistreated. We also respond truthfully to all inquiries, including those submitted through the Better Business Bureau, based on the information available to us at the time. If there’s something current that we can legitimately help you with, we’re open to that conversation. Otherwise, we do appreciate you bringing your concerns forward.

Thank you for your follow-up message. We did review the calls from October 14th, and we want to clarify a few important points so there is no misunderstanding. The “Pam” you referenced is not a receptionist or team member, it is our automated phone attendant. The recordings show that the system routed your calls normally, and no employee was transferring you to random mailboxes. During that time, our managers were assisting other customers, and no voicemail message was left for anyone to return.

This isn’t about the vehicle purchase from 5 years ago, it’s about the harassment and abuse I received from your dealership on October 14th, 2025 about trying g to get me to pay for the repairs you blatantly ignored. And then when I tried to confront you about it by phone, your receptionist Pam purposely transferred me to random voicemails TEN times! Either you are a coward and were instructing her to do so or she went into business for herself and thought it was funny to screw around with customers. Then you lie to the BBB about not only that but you also claim the you didn’t need to change the battery, the entire exhaust system and were not aware of the noises I reported which you service department did confirm. My receipts, which I’m sure you didn’t think I still had clearly show you lied to the BBB. By all means, release the calls I made to Pam, just release ALL of them in their entirety so we can all see how you and Pam purposely instigated anger and frustration. Now, I’ve already provided to viable, legitimate resolutions that are properly aligned with the severity of the complaints. So far all you’ve done is lie, make false claims, continue to misdirect and fail at your job. Get your act together, take accountability and choose a resolution.

Wow, I didn’t think you could get even more pathetic. Also wasn’t aware that you could program your “automated phone attendant” to tell a customer that, “the manager is right here”, pause in mid-sentence and laugh at customers when they purposely frustrate them. What kind of program is that? Also, that would mean the “vulgarity” that you falsely claimed with the BBB never happened because according to you, I was never talking to a real person. And you wouldn’t know anyway apparently since you weren’t even aware of the calls. What a load of crap. Keep lying and digging a deeper hole for yourself, though. I suppose Justin and Cavan are fake people as well? Bottom line is that you still refuse to take accountability and it’s disgusting.

Still waiting. Each day that goes by for which you continue to lie, misdirect, make excuses and refuse to take accountability is just making you look worse than you already do. I’m glad that the public gets to see this kind of ignorance with I endured back then and for which your dealership purposely started back up again in October. Going to lose lots of customers because of this.
