Auto Purchase Covert Cadillac is a wonderful dealership and it has been our experience they take care of their customers. We took our 2008 Escalade in for some nee Covert Cadillac is a wonderful dealership and it has been our experience they take care of their customers. We took our 2008 Escalade in for some needed work and ended up trading that vehicle in on a 2012 Escalade. We were only interested in vehicles other than black, grey (silver) and white which is a real challenge these days. Chris Tropiano went through many pages of available cars and showed us a pearl white one that was so similar to our trade in that we decided to purchase it. We were concerned that the time needed for signing would take 3-4 hours as it had in the past with other dealerships . He assured us that would not be the case and we went home with the car shortly thereafter. We went back after the weekend and signed everything the next week and true to his word it was very quick and speedy thanks to Jerry in the finance department. We did take it back for some small issues and were given a loaner that was comparable to what we were driving We are going back tomorrow and Chris is going to put on plates, registration tag and toll tag. Great customer service. Also need to thank Jennifer the service department for always being so kind, friendly and helpful. More
