She was easy to talk to and walked through the back lots with me as I looked at cars trying to figure out what model might work with me. She answered all my questions, was patient, and did not apply pressure as I tried to make up my mind about a vehicle. Deal agreement was reached pretty quickly however it still took quite a while at the dealership waiting on random paperwork to get done. No major complaints though.
