William Karrels is an excellent sales person. I bought 5 vehicles from 3 different Hyundai dealerships. The last 3 from Hyundai of Fort Myers ( O'Brian). The last 2 from William. Some times I visit the show room If I have a question or oil change etc. William knows my name and takes time to talk to me. They Is not good between the associates. We were ask to come in and sales person was not there. Sales person wanted to help complete the survey. When she was not there when we arrived. To finally found out she had left early and paperwork was not ready. Promised 100.00 gift card we never received that either.
