I am in the car business so I may hate buying cars even more than the average person. We came across Savage because they had the best selection of Pacifica’s. Even though they are 160 miles from our house we decided to see what they could do for us. Janelle was our first contact at the dealer and she was excellent. She responded to every question I had, sent pictures of options and was very professional. The pricing was handled by Chris and he couldn’t have been easier to work with. He knew the programs inside and out and was able to beat the best offer we had locally by a few hundred dollars. Because we were driving a distance to pick up the van, I requested the paperwork be ready in advance. We pulled up early on a Saturday am half expecting the worst. Walked in, was greeted by Chris who informed us EVERYTHING was ready to go! Brad breezed us though the paperwork he had printed and ready and we were introduced to our new van (cleaned and filled with gas, temp tag already on it). These guys are the gold standard in customer service. More
