The staff in the service department is not very friendly. In particular the woman I dealt with was very short and rude. I have been a customer for years and even you used to wash and detail my car before pic In particular the woman I dealt with was very short and rude. I have been a customer for years and even you used to wash and detail my car before picking it up and you do not do that anymore which is quite upsetting. No one even notified me of the new service location either. I went to the original dealer that I have gone to for years and was then told they are only for used cars. IT was very upsetting. More

Total lack of communication from service staff. Had to return many times for unfixed issues. Over torque lug nuts to where they all snapped off except for one. Super dangerous!!! I was not happy that my windshield fluid will no longer squirt onto my windshield. I guess I will have to take it somewhere to have it fixed. The dealership is great, and the people are friendly. The reason for my 4-star rating is that after my last visit (oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair), the next morning, my 2023 Grand Cherokee The reason for my 4-star rating is that after my last visit (oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair), the next morning, my 2023 Grand Cherokee wouldn't start. I had it towed in and was told that the batteries were severely discharged. After a day and a half of charging and testing the batteries to see if they were damaged, I was told they tested out good and I was good to go. No one could tell me why this happened (or if it could happen again). They just said that it wasn't due to the recall repair they had performed on the rear camera/back up safety system... But they said it with a smile... Hoping that I'm not left walking home one day... More
