Long story short I bought a car took it home and wouldn’t unlock. Lithia took it back for a week. During this time I did not receive any information about what is going on with my vehicle. After several phon unlock. Lithia took it back for a week. During this time I did not receive any information about what is going on with my vehicle. After several phone calls and leaving messages I was finally told that it’s been done and someone should have called me. They told me that they could not replicate the issue and said it was fine… an entire week to figure that out. Upon leaving they said they can only find one of my key fobs. It still hasn’t been returned to me after almost a month. Not even a call for an update. They got the money for the car and that’s all they care about. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. More
