We brought our car in to be repaired under the warranty. An hour after I dropped it off, they called and said they couldn’t replicate the problem, so I came back out to the dealer and drove it with a mechan An hour after I dropped it off, they called and said they couldn’t replicate the problem, so I came back out to the dealer and drove it with a mechanic to show him the problem, and he said that was a weird problem and he’d figure it out. Then, hours later, I got a phone call saying they couldn’t replicate the problem again with more mechanics looking at it so there’s nothing but they can do about it.. it was a complete waste of my day, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to fix it because it was under warranty and would cost you guys money. More

Not sure what visit, if for sunroof service/support couldn’t have been better!
