Not a trustworthy dealership from tip to tail. When buying a car remotely, trust in the dealer is my number one priority. I was confident, based on the reviews here, that I had found a trustworthy When buying a car remotely, trust in the dealer is my number one priority. I was confident, based on the reviews here, that I had found a trustworthy dealer, but sadly, I was taken advantage of. I was told, in writing via email (and several times over the phone), that the car I ultimately purchased had "full leather" seats. Despite this email, the car I received did not have the full leather seats I was promised. When I called the sales team, they acknowledged that they had made a mistake and should not have told me that the car was fully leather, however the sales team also said that there was nothing they could do, despite me purchasing this car, specifically for that feature (a fully leather interior on this model was hard to find, hence why I was purchasing remotely). Naturally I followed up with the sales manager, Mark Cohen, however Mark was also no help. Instead of picking up the phone (despite several unreturned calls to him), Mark responded instead, over email, typically in 10 words or less. He offered no empathy or solution and instead stated that the video I was sent to view the car should have led me to ignore what I was directly told by multiple members of his sales team. Is this how customers are always treated? I certainly hope not. There is clearly a lack of training and a big culture problem at the dealership. I can only hope that other people do not have the same misfortune I had in dealing with this untrustworthy location. In a world of cars that is foreign to most buyers, I hope that people know exactly what they are doing when taking this Company at their word. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I am now having to go through legal channels to seek restitution. This is not something I wish upon anyone. More
