I worked with their Sales and Finance Department, and they are simply the best. When working with Christin -- she listened to what I was willing and able to pay as to monthly payments and the range of the down payment. She came back with options for the Ford Fusion and Escape with various price points. From there, we test drove both. I made my selection, and then was able to meet with Brandon. Talk about no pressure -- he reviewed with me several of the extended warrant option packages available; told me that I could pick and choose what would best meet my needs and want I wanted. There was simply no pressure. A couple of days later I was back to pick up my new vehicle. Needless to say the experience was the best, and where else when you leave the dealership you give your sales person a hug for all that she did to make it happen. More
