I stumbled onto this dealership by way of USAA car buying service in conjunction with TruCar. The vehicle I looked out was the exact vehicle that I saw when I showed up at the lot. The pictures online (be it their website or USAA) were true to form as far as the condition of the vehicle is concerned. From reaching out to Christine to schedule a test drive, to my sales consultant Jonathan, even the Finance Director Gil were great to deal with. All of them very pleasant and easy to talk with. Jonathan did an outstanding job of explaining all the different features of the vehicle (as I was upgrading from a 2003 to 2018.) He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that I had along the way. The dealership was even able to to beat the APR that I'd been pre-approved for through USAA by a wide margin...still can't believe it. So if you're looking to make I life changing car purchase...You're not gonna find better than Sport Subaru. More

Christine offered great insights about the car during my visit for a test drive and came across as someone who was genuinely interested in selling a vehicle. She had an extremely professional but warm demeanor, had clear answers, and did not mislead on any facts. There was no attempt to sell any other vehicle or similar vehicle with options etc. The only times she offered other vehicles was when I asked for them. I tracked this particular vehicle for couple months after a test drive. Every single time there was a change in price, Christine sent out a note / call / text. She again, kept it very professional, never attempted to reach multiple times and most importantly kept a perfectly balanced communication channel. What we agreed over phone, was respected and when I finally went in to buy, there were no additional sales pressure or tactics. She stayed late until the loans etc. was processed to complete the buying process. Christine is an consummate professional (repeated for the third time for good reasons) and it was a pleasure doing business with her. I am not going to comment on prices, deals etc. but I can attest that at any point she did not try to offer anything more than I asked. Kudos Christine !! More

Sport Subaru has probably the best internet service department that I've used for car buying and No Dealer fee. Our other quote, as we live much closer (2 miles to another to Subaru dealership), was quoted almost 6k more than Sport. Completely worth the trip! Love our new car. Thank you! More
