Prior to finding our way to Sport Subaru, we had met with two other dealerships, and spoke with numerous more. By the time we met Christine Brightwell, we were exhausted with our prior dealings. I felt "talked at" at the other dealerships, but with Christine, she was so kind and "talked with us" rather than "at us". She really took into account our needs and wants. It was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Now, I know I never want to deal with another dealership again, knowing that the "normal" hassle and exhaustion at dealerships is not needed - if I ever buy another car, it will be with Sport Subaru. Christine spent added time with us to show us everything about the car - I've never experienced that type of patience and detail. Her manager's Orlando and Ted also came out to greet us. We chose to travel 134 miles one way to this dealership. Our sales consultant, Christine Brightwell, made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her. Christine's knowledge of the Outback was quite obvious answering every question we had with ease. From beginning to end Christine was attentive and caring. Jonathan Frisbe in the Finance Department was amazing he had the perfect mix of knowledge, speed and pleasant humor making that portion of the day easy and fun. Buying a new vehicle is a long process but the time passed quickly with very little down time. The entire experience was worth traveling that long distance. The “Outback” is all it said to be and more. We would not hesitate to travel back to this dealership in the future and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to choose “Sport Subaru” for a great buying experience. More
