My husband and I stopped in on Monday July 15th spent 90 minutes with Seth and ordered our RAV4 Prime XSE. Monday July 22nd the car arrived and we returned to Heritage Toyota to buy it. We took the car for a test drive, returned finished filling out paperwork with Christine Donahue, another knowledgeable, efficient and professional Heritage team member, and then Seth gave us a thorough introduction and familiarization tour of just how all the components of the RAV4 work.
