Frankie was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and my daughters who wasn't ready to buy yet. Then when we bought the car he sat with us and showed us all the new features we were not familiar with and my daughters who wasn't ready to buy yet. Very happy with my experience with Frankie at Heritage Toyota. I had a bad experience at another dealership before going to Heritage so my guard was up, but Frankie was wonderful. I had a great experience working with Matt and the Heritage Toyota team. I was trading in my lease from another dealership and getting into a new Tacoma Lease. This was the first time I had considered this brand of vehicle. TV commercials portray the Toyota experience as a happy, easy event. I silently and skeptically wished the same for my purchase. Total shock and amazement as I worked through the process to find out just how far Casey would go to ease me through a normally stressful situation. He even took his shoes off while in the car wrangling communication issues with my phone and new Rav4. More
