We had just bought the car there a few months before. So in my desperation I went to Phillips in Frankfort. They were more than happy to help us out and give us aloner. Been going there ever since. I needed to return to the service dept. for wheel balancing and when the time frame was conflicting with my work schedule, Christine in the service dept. and Dan arranged for a loaner which Sarah quickly provided. I have already mentioned this outstanding service to several of my co-workers who were amazed that I was provided with a loaner. And thank you for the car wash when my vehicle was ready for pick up.
