This dealership helped me out when my wife needed a repair on her Aveo. We went originally to That awful Apple Chevrolet where we bought the car. We had just bought the car there a few months before. So in my desperation I went to Phillips in Frankfort. They were more than happy to help us out and give us aloner. Been going there ever since. These two employees have always gone above and beyond to get are service needs taken care of.We were told that the part for are onstar was not covered and we felt it should be since we have had electrical i get are service needs taken care of.We were told that the part for are onstar was not covered and we felt it should be since we have had electrical issues with out car. Although I purchased a Buick Enclave at a Chevy Dealership, my salesperson, Joe Luque, was very knowledgeable with experience at Phillips Chevrolet. Although I purchased a Buick Enclave at a Chevy Dealership, my salesperson, Joe Luque, was very knowledgeable with the many features on my used SUV. I needed to return to the service dept. for wheel balancing and when the time frame was conflicting with my work schedule, Christine in the service dept. and Dan arranged for a loaner which Sarah quickly provided. I have already mentioned this outstanding service to several of my co-workers who were amazed that I was provided with a loaner. And thank you for the car wash when my vehicle was ready for pick up.
