I had zero wait time. I pulled into the service center, and John Smidt came and welcomed me, and took me to a computer to get started. As I was giving information, Ted Walsh, the mechanic, came up and greeted me and exchanged pleasantries with me, along with asking some pertinent questions. Ted was very knowledgable and helpful, and it made me feel good to meet the mechanic! I waited in the comfortable waiting room, and then had the pleasure of working with Christine Smrstik. Christine was very thorough in the fact that I had recently gotten married, and there was a name discrepancy with the warranty. She took care of it in a jiffy, and it was a non-issue! She was very personable and friendly. In the end, she gave me my receipt, and explained everything in detail to me. I had a great experience and would return in a second. More

Phillips Chev is the best Chev dealership in the south subs. They treat you good and the quaility of there work is great, I don't mind waiting but if they feel like it will take longer they make sure they subs.
