I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Superb diagnosis paid by extended warranty & loyalty link! Kim Wolfram, Service Advisor, did superb documenting what I discussed were things that did not seem normal and relaying it to technician. Upon diagnosis and problem determined, Kim and Klaben team determined the repairs and car rental would be covered by extended warranty and loyalty link. Thank goodness!!! Otherwise I would probably be looking at over $ 1900. This is another reason, car buyers should get the extended warranty and loyalty link. Thanks to Kim Wolfram and Christine Klaben who made it possible to run it through my Ford Credit card. It has already paid for itself. More

Used Car Purchase I just purchased a used Focus. I had come in with my father about a month prior to take a look around and see what the dealership had. Nate Bryant was I just purchased a used Focus. I had come in with my father about a month prior to take a look around and see what the dealership had. Nate Bryant was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting a feel for the features I was looking for and offering suggestions. I never felt pressured to make a choice right away and everybody at the dealership was so welcoming. I came back about a month after the initial visit to make the purchase and the process was so easy! This was my first time purchasing a car and I never felt stressed during any part of the process. Christine in financing explained everything clearly and we got the paperwork done in no time. I would highly recommend anybody considering a new vehicle come to Klaben. Thank you Nate and Christine! 2018 Ford Explorer Lease I went to service to see Kim to have work done on my 2015 Ford Explorer. Then ended up meeting up with JT in sales and left with a new vehicle 2018 Ford Explorer and even with all the miles I drive they were able to make leasing work for me. GREAT servce. I leased my second Escape from Klaben with the help of Louis. Louis took care of everything quickly and without any problems. Unexpected Purchase My wife an I found ourselves in the position of having to buy a new vehicle this week. Her 2009 Escape came in for repair and the problem was terminal My wife an I found ourselves in the position of having to buy a new vehicle this week. Her 2009 Escape came in for repair and the problem was terminal. I reviewed the condition of the vehicle with Kim Wolfram, our service advisor along with Aaron, one of the technicians. Two other technicians came out to discuss the problems with me. Simply stated, the old vehicle was not worth fixing. After nearly 200,000 miles, we could not complain. I walked over to the showroom and asked for Mike Cooney, our regular salesperson. Mike was not there. Brandon Johnson asked if he could help. I explained my current situation. Brandon took the time to help me figure out pricing and equipment on a new Escape for my wife. I had advised Brandon that I appreciated the help he was giving me but I would only buy from Mike. Brandon said "no problem". Brandon said he just wanted to help. My very unhappy wife arrived at the showroom at 6:00pm, closing time. Brandon and Rich Klaben stayed late to talk to my wife and show her the features on the new Escape. Aaron, the technician came over and helped to explain the issues with the old car. Everyone did their best to help my wife adjust to the fact that the love-affair she had with her old vehicle was over. They all stayed until a new vehicle had been selected. Over the next two days Brandon spoke to my wife several times gathering information to make the process go smoothly. He did whatever was needed to make the new purchase easier. During this time Mike called both my wife and I to make sure all was going well. We picked up the new Escape today and finalized the paperwork with Christine Klaben. Christine was a joy to work with. She took the time to explain everything and help us digest the unexpected purchase of a new vehicle. Throughout the process everyone at Klaben was great. They understood my position of having to buy a new vehicle unexpectedly. They understood that my wife had to let go of a vehicle she loved. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated. There was no pressure and they did their best to get us a vehicle at a good price. I can go anywhere and buy a vehicle. I will continue to go to Klaben because of the people and there attitude.
