Service I was parking my vehicle at JFK, driving in from Connecticut when my tire went flat. I parked my car which has a 50 mile run flat tire (no spare). I contacted Cadillac roadside assistance and it was towed to Paul Conte. The tire was replaced during the week I was away. I contacted Cadillac roadside assistance to have my vehicle towed back to the parking lot at JFK. They informed me they would not do so and I would have to pay out of pocket or get a hotel room until morning. While in Los Angeles I spoke with Christine from Conte's who offered to contact Cadillac to have them cover the tow. She unfortunately got no where with roadside and went above and beyond and coordinated the tow for me and did it free of charge. Between the service staff and Christine they made this situation stress free. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Cadillac or need repairs. More

Amazing Service Dept.! Each summer, I rent a car through a particular rental agency who I know has the Cadillac CRX SUV in their fleet. I really love this car as it's so com Each summer, I rent a car through a particular rental agency who I know has the Cadillac CRX SUV in their fleet. I really love this car as it's so comfortable and is a real pleasure to drive. Somehow, I dropped an expensive earring underneath the seat and while trying to get it, it got pushed into a smaller hole. The rental agency was very unhelpful in trying to retrieve it so I contacted the Service Dept. at Paul Conte Cadillac as they are closest to my home. I spoke to Shai and relayed my problem and he said to come right over. I felt embarassed telling them of my stupid mistake but they put me at ease and got right to work in getting the earring. They worked for about 45 minutes removing both seats and, although it was so hot, they never gave up and found it in a very obscure part of the car. It has been a long time since I have received such wonderful customer service like I did at Paul Conte. I can't say enough great things about their Service Dept., including Shai, Danny, Ed, Manny, and David (apologies to those who's names I've left out). They are true professionals and really great people. The fact that they were so incredibly helpful when I hadn't even bought the car from their dealership is proof that they go above and beyond to do the right thing. Hard to find that these days. Really grateful to these wonderful people. More

The dealership receptionist Christine Rudden who took my initial call provided me the opportunity to give the history of the problem. She also provided me the opportunity to bring my new Caddy in for an evaluation immediately even though I did not purchase it there. I'm visiting from out of town. It was such a relief to find such a competent service provider. I intent to have service provided This dealership when I am in this part of area. Thank you. More
