I was born and raised in NJ. I Moved to Florida in August of 2001. I started working for Crown in June of 2002, and I love working for the company. My career started as a receptionist at Crown Collision Center before moving to the Detail Department. After that, I wanted to learn more about the Service part of Crown. I trained at Mitsubishi, then I moved to Nissan which is where I have been since June of '05.

Chase: He was so very polite and accommodating when I came into the dealership. Normally, the sales person at the front door is a little pushy, but not Chase. Christine Smith is awesome. She arranged for my car to be picked up from my home for an oil change and tire rotation. Stayed in contact with me through the whole process, let me know all that was done an be picked up from my home for an oil change and tire rotation. Stayed in contact with me through the whole process, let me know all that was done and what services I should expect on my next visit. Even calling when my car was on its way back to make sure I was home. She was helpful and beyond friendly. Hope to be able to work with her on all my visits in the future. More
