Good experience with a pre owned KIA Optima I don't have any previous dealership experiences to compare this one to, besides getting a key cut. So, as far as I know, it was a good experience. I bought one car, and then exchanged it for another on the next day without a problem. The loan stuff transferred over from the first to the second purchase.
