While it did take about a week, our goal is always to make sure our customers drive home in the vehicle that’s right for them — not just what happens to be on the lot. Regarding inventory availability, manufacturers like Honda allocate vehicles to dealerships based on a variety of factors including production schedules, regional demand, and supply chain considerations. While we don’t control what is initially assigned to us, we absolutely take ownership of finding solutions when a specific model or trim isn’t immediately available. Your feedback is important, and we understand how frustrating limited on-ground selection can feel. Please know that when inventory doesn’t align with a customer’s preference, we will always go to work to make it happen.
