Chris was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the buying process, the availability of the specific model and color were wanted and the pricing of the vehicle. Josh was very willing to explain the forms and "paperwork" (most of it electronic) that needed to be completed for the purchase. Our Salesman Chris greeted us with a smile, a firm handshake and eye contact. He walked us through the process, willing to stop and was willing to answer any questions that came up. He was patient as we navigated some challenges with the transition of our old vehicle and waited until we were ready before attempting to move to the next step in the process. We really feel like part of the Subaru family now. The most telling sign for my partner and I is that we had an appointment at Honda later that afternoon where we planned to purchase a new CRV.
