"Bought a Ford Escape and love it!!"
Got online to Imperial Ford website, interested in some ford escapes. Talked to Christopher online and I made an appointment for the next day to test drive some escapes, Christopher was great to talk with and was very friendly. Got to dealership the next morning, was told by Christopher to ask for Mike or Bob. Asked the counter person for Mike or Bob and that I had a 9am appointment. I have to say, the guy said "give me a minute to finish with the guy", he was another salesperson. So my husband and I waited......, then Paul Conti came over and was extremely friendly and ready to go... No Paul' fault, but everything I told Christopher the day before was not communicated to the sales team at Imperial. So I started all over again. Paul was very helpful and friendly. The financing was great too, Brenden is very friendly also. We spent 6 hours at the dealership, test driving and went home and had lunch too.
I did have to wait for a week to get my registration and sticker? and waited almost an hour to get the code for my new escape?... But over all, everyone, including Morgan, was super friendly and I would recommend Imperial Ford to people.

I wish 0 stars were an option. I called at 9am on 5/14/20 to inquire about a specific vehicle. I spoke with the internet sales manager Christopher Keene. He told me the vehicle was in stock. We made an appointment for 11am on 5/16/20 to see and test drive the vehicle. I called Christopher at 2pm on 5/15/20 to confirm everything was all set for the appointment, as the dealership is an hour from my house. He assured me it was. On 5/16/20 I headed to the dealership. When I was almost to the location I tried calling Christopher, he did not answer so I called the main number. I was transferred to a manager who told me the truck was sold on 5/14/20. I was shocked. I drove 2 hours out of my way on my day off for nothing. Extremely disappointed! I tried contacting Christopher via phone call, text message and email and he didn’t have the decency to get back to me. Avoid this dealership!! Worst experience ever!
"2016 Ford Edge"
We recently purchased a 2016 Ford Edge at Imperial Ford, and had the pleasure of working with Ali Kehail. Buying a vehicle is not one of our favorite things to do, but we have to say, that this experience was a good one. Ali is a great salesman, and we appreciate his superior professionalism.
We highly recommend Ali, and encourage anyone who’s looking to make a purchase.... make sure you see Ali....!!!!!!
