He epitomizes the "best of the best" as a skilled professional. He goes above and beyond with his customers to ensure they receive the highest quality experience at Lexus of Sarasota. Jason's people and communication skills are extraordinary. He's always friendly, and follows up with me and all his other customers in a timely manner. If I was designing a training program for new service staff at Lexus of Sarasota, I'd be sure to have him help design the curriculum. Jason represents the gold standard of professional excellence. I really enjoyed working with Ana. My only disappointment was what the sales manager gave me for my two trades. I would still recommend Lexus Sarasota as I had tried dealing with Lexus Wesley Chapel near my home and quite honestly they didn’t seem much interested when I didn’t purchase the only car they had in stock which was not the color I wanted nor did I want the “sport” version. The team at Sarasota overall a much happier experience! More
