I brought my 2017 Fusion in for service, and had been set up in the "Quick Lane" area. Chris realized that this was not appropriate and immediately arranged for my service to be performed in the regular ser up in the "Quick Lane" area. I had another excellent service experience for replacement of window switch. I arrived early and was greeted by Chris Promades who logged me in & that he would follow up soon. I was extremely& pleasantly surprised but Chris has been consistently efficient & effective before, as well.
