I brought my 2017 Fusion in for service, and had been set up in the "Quick Lane" area. Chris realized that this was not appropriate and immediately arranged for my service to be performed in the regular ser up in the "Quick Lane" area. Chris realized that this was not appropriate and immediately arranged for my service to be performed in the regular service area. He also recommended 2 service procedures as my car was approaching 100,000 miles. All service was completed by 10:30. Excellent all around service. More
