Jessi Jaggi was excellent, answering my myriad questions and guiding me through the process. He's a 5+. Mary Christensen spent generous time educating me on the vehicle. The reason for the 4 rather than 5 is that the figures they first presented me showed a discount of $500 less than what the email they had sent me described. They also tried to charge $599 for a part of the warranty (3 years oil changes and tire rotations) that Hyundai's web site says is included in the standard warranty. I had to negotiate with a manager and agree to a different form of financing in order to get the price they had presented to me in the original email. This stretched the process out to over 4 hours from the time I arived to the time I left. I'm glad we worked it out because I do really like the vehicle. It is luxurious without being plush and the steering has a sporty feel. It's a new Hyundai Tucson hybrid. (It's a 2024 model but had never been sold. I am the original owner.) More
