Well, after calling numerous dealerships and getting the run-around, Subaru Superstore of Surprise did NOT disappoint! We were able to trade in our mini-coop for a WRX, and WE COULD NOT BE MORE THRILLED wit run-around, Subaru Superstore of Surprise did NOT disappoint! We were able to trade in our mini-coop for a WRX, and WE COULD NOT BE MORE THRILLED with the price or customer service. Chris Thom went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was not only quick but zero-pressure to buy/lease. It was so refreshing to meet a salesman that cared more about the experience of the buyer than finalizing the deal. All we can say is that we will be back to trade in our other vehicle at the beginning of 2023, and yes, we will be requesting to work with Chris again. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
