Christopher was great. While he wasn't able to fully resolve the issue, it does seem out of his hands and with BMW corporate. Whatever was in his hands, he handled wonderfully. My car was ready for pick up but I was stuck at home with a sick child, he was able to have someone come and drop my car off and take the loaner back to Rallye. It was beyond helpful and very much appreciated. He went above and beyond. I am thankful. More
