I knew I wanted a Jeep about a month ago, but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to act quicker on my choice for a new vehicle. I did my search online and this dealership was my first choice based on the wonderful yelp reviews and rating. It doesn’t do it justice. These people have great customer service. They take their time with each customer and make you feel like a friend. They don’t rush you into something you don’t want to do and look out for your best interest. My sales agent was Tyler who was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. And can’t forget working with the finance guy Chu was a fun time. I got the best deal here and love my new car. More

Great Experience This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of. I called TJ before driving in from White Marsh to make sure the vehicle wa This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of. I called TJ before driving in from White Marsh to make sure the vehicle was available. When I arrived, we went for a test drive, then we started talking numbers. I told TJ we were prequalified for a loan through our credit union. Not only did they lower the price to come within a few hundred dollars of our loan amount, he suggested we run the credit app through their banks. Well.....it turns out a seperate credit union picked up our loan at a rate very close to our own credit union. We went ahead and signed papers and Chu even lowered the price by a couple more dollars when the bank asked for a few hundred dollars down. We couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. We have purchased from Jones Junction and Thompson in the past. Ourisman ranks right up there with Jones as one of the best out there!!! More

When we couldn't find a used Ram that I liked, Tyler was able to put together an amazing deal on a new Ram! He did an amazing job at showing me all the features of the Ram, and never pressuring me to make a decision. Instead, he helped me decide on exactly which trim Ram was best for me, then he walked me through the whole paperwork process. He also did a great job getting me a good trade in value on my last car. Tyler made my truck buying experience absolutely top notch, I'd definitely recommend him to all my friends & family. More

Lew provided a final purchase cost that was within my expectations and Mike provided a trade-in value for my vehicle that was also within expectations. Donna was very responsive and explained the finalization of the purchase of the vehicle. Lauren and Chu, although they were not directly working on our sale, took time to stop in and say Hello and thank us for our purchase. This is our 3rd personal purchase from this dealership. Our family and friends have purchased more than 10 vehicles from them. All staff was more than helpful and friendly. More
