Sales people seem to come and go. And as you can tell by my term here I am not one of those sales people. Before here I worked at Bob Tolkan Buick, GMC until GM closed them down. I am one of the rare sales people that will stay with you at the dealership. Not like the others that will sell you something and then move to the next dealership. Everyone practiced safe distancing. Bathrooms sanitized while I waited in customer area. Shuttle driver stopped in customer area several times asking if anyone needed a shuttle. Called ahead, said I co while I waited in customer area. Shuttle driver stopped in customer area several times asking if anyone needed a shuttle. Called ahead, said I could come in right away. 1/2 later I was there at dealership. Solomon showed me tires nail photo on his phone. Service were all wearing appropriate masks. Leaky tire, nail, past the point of no return. Dealership drive for a new tire. They mounted a brand new tire, did a multi point inspection, and I was on my way. Thanks guys! More

Simple oil change and tire rotation Solomon Bunn is the gentleman I deal with in service area and he is always very thorough. I never get the feeling at this dealership that I'm being taken advantage of just for being a female...which I have very much so experienced at other dealerships. I now even have my adult children bring their cars here even tho they are Ford products. Service we can count on and assistance in decisions that need to be made on older vehicles. More
