I bought this vehicle from this dealer about 6 weeks ago, on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I m on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I made my observation they told me that they had already requested the part and as soon as it arrived it would be sent to my residence address. Two weeks later I contacted them concerning about why the piece had not yet arrived, to which they replied that it had not been requested yet, this was the first lie, after several calls about this problem for which they have not had the courtesy to return Not a single one of my calls or answered a single one of my text emails, I asked him to please send me the tracking number of the order that they supposedly put on eBay, but as is customary in them I have not had any response to neither does this request. On June 25th after several calls finally, they answer me by sending me a picture of the wrong part with not even the same color. Trusting in them I gave them the benefit of doubt and I wait for ten more days to get the right part. Three days ago I started to call again, never call me back, and today July 11/2020 after 6 weeks I talked to the manager and he still is asking about what part of the car is the one that they honor in send to my address. That is why I feel that my rights as a consumer are being violated even when they signed a promise to comply with providing me with the part that was missing from the vehicle at the time of purchase. I have wanted to solve this in the best way but I have not found a friendly response from this dealer. More

He is well versed in manipulative sales garbage ending every sentence with, "is that fair". The rest of the staff seemed very immature. Everything about Chuck is creepy. Stay away from this sales schmuck. And the sister dealership on the 215 is thousands less for the same car. More

Chuck is straightforward, honest, hardworking, and has a great sense of humor! When you come to this dealership, you are not hassled or pressured, and Chuck made sure of that. He helped us feel very comfortable with the daunting task of finding the perfect car. He answered all of our questions and made sure we wanted for nothing the entire length of our car purchasing experience. We felt that Chuck was our side the whole time, trying to get the best deal for us, rather than trying to shake down the car salesman for the best deal. Thank you Chuck for such a stress-free and enjoyable car buying experience! Kim and David (in finance) also took great care of us! Thank you Sahara Jeep! More

No pressure, knowledgable and super friendly reps. If you're in Vegas and in the market for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler then you need to go here. We shopped at the other Vegas dealers the week before and If you're in Vegas and in the market for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler then you need to go here. Its frustrating and can take hours or days. My Experience at Sahara was the TOTAL OPPOSITE of that, mainly because all of the people (Chuck, Noah and David, specifically) we dealt with were actually helpful, courteous, understanding of our needs, responsive to our questions, and no pressure. It was like buying a car from a trusted friend, rather than from a slick salesman. I would go there again, just for that peace of mind. Our sales guy was Chuck C. If you go there, ask for him specifically. You will not find a more genuine person who genuinely listened to what we were looking for!! The financing was also equally as comfortable - David was so helpful and easygoing. We will definitely buy/lease at Sahara AGAIN - SOON!!!! Thanks to all!!! More
