I even tried buying a vehicle long distance in Louisiana at Premier Nissan of Metairie where they made a deal with me over the phone, ran my credit, then broke the deal because they weren't making enough money. I was so upset about being treated like a pushover but later realized they were just bad people doing bad business. I searched dealerships in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Albuquerque, San Antonio, Northern California, Florida, Dallas, Austin, and just about every dealership in the nation until I found the best possible deal. SAHARA RAM OF LAS VEGAS provided the best prices on a Ram anywhere in the COUNTRY at the time of my purchase. The best part of the deal was that the customer service was just as good as the price. I flew out from El Paso, TX and my incredible salesman Joshua M actually picked me up at the airport in his personal vehicle, gave me a quick tour of Vegas, and even took me to get something to eat before we reported to the dealership. Joshua had me sign a few documents and moved me in to see Han the finance manager. Han treated me with such respect and I feel like if I didn't have to drive home that same day that Joshua and Han would have taken me out for a Vegas night. Trust me, the hospitality was that good. Joshua and Han were the best. I mean thinking about it, the whole xxxx place was great, all the way up to Tyler the manager and even to the top, Cliff N the Assistant GM. I will tell this story for years to come and will always compare this vehicle purchase experience to all others for as long as I live. OH, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT MY FAMILY IS IN THE CAR BUSINESS LOCALLY AND COULDN'T GIVE ME A DEAL EVEN CLOSE TO THE ONE I GOT AT SAHARA RAM OF LAS VEGAS. More

I bought this vehicle from this dealer about 6 weeks ago, on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I m on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I made my observation they told me that they had already requested the part and as soon as it arrived it would be sent to my residence address. Two weeks later I contacted them concerning about why the piece had not yet arrived, to which they replied that it had not been requested yet, this was the first lie, after several calls about this problem for which they have not had the courtesy to return Not a single one of my calls or answered a single one of my text emails, I asked him to please send me the tracking number of the order that they supposedly put on eBay, but as is customary in them I have not had any response to neither does this request. On June 25th after several calls finally, they answer me by sending me a picture of the wrong part with not even the same color. Trusting in them I gave them the benefit of doubt and I wait for ten more days to get the right part. Three days ago I started to call again, never call me back, and today July 11/2020 after 6 weeks I talked to the manager and he still is asking about what part of the car is the one that they honor in send to my address. That is why I feel that my rights as a consumer are being violated even when they signed a promise to comply with providing me with the part that was missing from the vehicle at the time of purchase. I have wanted to solve this in the best way but I have not found a friendly response from this dealer. More

Brought 2016 Jeep Cherokee back to service to add trailering wiring. Drove two hours to have at dealership at 7 am. Then they didn't get done until 5:30 in afternoon. But kicker was they were to remove instabrake towing brake from my old car so I could have installed in Jeep. They only removed they control part and left rest in old car which had left the dealership when I returned. Cost me $538 to buy replacement parts that they kept. Service dept attitude was oh well. Never going back to this place More

Amazing! Josh is great! I wasn't even there to buy a car today! I was in to do a oil change on my parents car that was purchased from Josh about 3 years ago an Josh is great!
