I bought this vehicle from this dealer about 6 weeks ago, on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I m on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I made my observation they told me that they had already requested the part and as soon as it arrived it would be sent to my residence address. Two weeks later I contacted them concerning about why the piece had not yet arrived, to which they replied that it had not been requested yet, this was the first lie, after several calls about this problem for which they have not had the courtesy to return Not a single one of my calls or answered a single one of my text emails, I asked him to please send me the tracking number of the order that they supposedly put on eBay, but as is customary in them I have not had any response to neither does this request. On June 25th after several calls finally, they answer me by sending me a picture of the wrong part with not even the same color. Trusting in them I gave them the benefit of doubt and I wait for ten more days to get the right part. Three days ago I started to call again, never call me back, and today July 11/2020 after 6 weeks I talked to the manager and he still is asking about what part of the car is the one that they honor in send to my address. That is why I feel that my rights as a consumer are being violated even when they signed a promise to comply with providing me with the part that was missing from the vehicle at the time of purchase. I have wanted to solve this in the best way but I have not found a friendly response from this dealer. More

They asked what kind of vehicles we drove and asked why I was still in the current vehicle I was. I explained my situation and they assured me they could get me into a new car. Next thing I know I'm driving out of there in a brand new Jeep. Lily was the best, she never left her side and always made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Sahara jeep. More

Best experience ever I've lived through a few decades of car buying experiences. As soon as my wife and I stepped foot onto the car lot we were pleasantly surprised by th I've lived through a few decades of car buying experiences. As soon as my wife and I stepped foot onto the car lot we were pleasantly surprised by the upbeat atmosphere of the sales people that were within the area. We were expecting a high-pressure environment but that proved not to be the case. We were treated with respect and the questions that were asked of us about what type of vehicle we might have in mind for our particular needs. Our answers were carefully noted on a checklist. We were shown a couple of types of vehicles in different colors which helped us to become more specific in what we would be in need of. We eventually settled in on a silver Cherokee with leather interior and liftgate so that my wife would not have to struggle getting luggage or grocery bags in and out of it. The purchasing process went very smoothly. Our private information was kept in secret. Different buying options were introduced to us and we were not pressured into making a decision one way or the other. It was entirely up to us to make that decision accordingly to our comfort levels. We ended up going over the closing time for the business but our sales person Taha Ahmed stayed with us till the very end. He helped us to transfer our items into the new vehicle and offered us his services for any questions or problems that we may have in the future on the vehicle. Almost a week later, we are entirely satisfied with the vehicle that we ended up with and are simply still enthralled with the service that was given to us. We would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle to give Sahara a try.😃 Glad we did. More
