We would like for you to know that your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there, your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service advisor. In cases that require diagnostics, those vehicles wait for journeyman technicians. Our journeyman techs are currently 48-72 hours away from check in. We truly hope that you found this information helpful.
