I felt I received professional and cordial treatment from every employee we encountered. All seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was well taken care of and comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. This was definitely a good experience. Then we left... On the way home, I took the highway which I did not do on the test drive. I encountered a couple issues (always a risk when buying used). Being that is was so late in the day, I waited for the next morning to bring it back to have someone look at it and make it right. Donald took the keys immediately and took the vehicle to service (Jason Collins Sr.) where they addressed the issues and made it "right". Which in turn made the experience go from good to 'GREAT'. More
