I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sam & the entire Honda service team! I needed some minor work done on my civic, brought it in & within 15 minutes they were able to repair it! And because it was not too bad it was free of charge! My whole life I had GM cars but I will definitely be part of the Honda gang for life! Racine Honda service department does an excellent job. I brought my 2016 CR-V in for service this week. The service department did an oil change, tire rotation, rear differential fluid replacement, trans I brought my 2016 CR-V in for service this week. The service department did an oil change, tire rotation, rear differential fluid replacement, transmission and brake fluid replacement. My only dissatisfaction was that I requested the automatic locking feature be disabled and they didn't do that. I don't like coming down to the garage to find the car doors locked. Otherwise the service department did an excellent job. More

Fast and Free I was having trouble with the battery on my 2011 Oddessy. I called the service department and they were able to get me in the next afternoon. The se I was having trouble with the battery on my 2011 Oddessy. I called the service department and they were able to get me in the next afternoon. The service tech checked the battery and told me it was in good condition. He asked how often the car was being driven. When I told om once or twice a month for the past four months, he said it needed to be driven more often to keep the battery charged. He suggested a battery tender to keep the battery charged when the car is not being driven for extended periods of time. Best of all, there was no charge for the service. And they gave me a free wash job. Thanks Racine Honda! More
