From the first time I walked into the dealership and met Mike Urbania, I knew I was in the right place. I was referred to Mike by two of my good friends and they would never steer me wrong. Mike is the most friendliest, honest, accommodating, and knowledgeable salesman around. For my second lease, I had the pleasure of working with Chuck Potashnik. Mike was unfortunately busy when the time came around for this lease. He told me Chuck works closely with him and that he'd help me out. Chuck had a vehicle ready for me and worked with me, even though my finances weren't so great at that time. He even followed up with phone calls to ensure that I was happy. An A ++++++ experience.
