Most caring personnel I've ever encountered I've been taking my vehicles to Lokey for the last 19yrs and I've Never had a bad experience. Their service advisors are the best, most complete and the absolute most endearing gentlemen Its ever been my pleasure to have known! Kevin Massey and Chuck Schnitker are the two most incredible guys I've ever dealt with. They have Always taken awesome care of my family's vehicles and I have bought Four from them now including my son's new Rogue which he is enamored with. The best part though is that he goes to school in South Florida and only gets home for very short breaks between School and his Job but Kevin and Chuck get him in for service in a pinch whenever he's in town and is due! I will Never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle and he also learned a lesson by taking his car to the Nissan dealer in Lakeland ONCE when he only had One day home and ended up having to take one of Our cars back to school so I was able to take his Rogue to Lokey to Correct what Jenkins Nissan destroyed!!! So, my son said no matter Where he ends up living he will always come back to purchase a new vehicle from Lokey Nissan and will have his car serviced there as long as Kevin and Chuck remain as will we!! Thank You for finding those Gems!! More

Worst dealership to bring a vehicle in for service Got an oil change & tech forgot to replace the oil cap on my motor. Had to bring it back 4 different times for the same problem. No communication for Got an oil change & tech forgot to replace the oil cap on my motor. Had to bring it back 4 different times for the same problem. No communication for over 1 week with my vehicle still at the dealership for the 4th time. Then was charged for repairs. Later charges were removed & repairs covered under extended warranty. Very poor quality of service. Never bringing my vehicle there EVER again. More
