I went in before my bumper to bumper warranty was up. I needed an oil change, have my radiator looked at as well as have my backup camera replaced. My camera goes completely black on occasion and I have to turn the car off and turn it back on to get a picture again. They told me their loaner cars were for real issues so I waited around for 4 or 5 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my backup camera or radiator, but hey my oil change went smooth! I have pictures of the camera not functioning correctly. Besides the 5 hour oil change, I took a day off of work. They promote free oil changes with their car sales but with the experiences I've had at this place I'd rather take my car to chuck e cheese. The gentleman in service was forgettable, I cant remember his name...but this is the second time I've had the pleasure of being taken care of by him. It's the guy that looks and acts like it's the worst day of his life. I've seen the same face on kids that dropped their ice cream at Disney World and their parents said "sorry should been more careful". No idea how this guy actually works in customer service it's like everything I said to him was an exhausting task that he was forced to help me with. Anyways, just my 2 cents. In the future if people have issues with their car that's still fully warrantied...just fix it. More
