Always a great experience I bought my car from Lokey Nissan in 2017. I have taken full advantage of the lifetime oil changes that were guaranteed with the purchase of my vehicl I bought my car from Lokey Nissan in 2017. My locks on the door weren't working off and on , my clock wouldn't stay set and my windows were rolling down halfway on there own ( front driver and passenger sides. I was called 3 hrs later and told that nonthing was wrong with the windows , lockes or the clock. But I'm still having the same problems from the same things ! I don't fill anything was ever checked ! More

Treatement I will never bring my car back to Lokey. If there is service necessary, I will go through another Dealership. I have been belittled by my Service Ad I will never bring my car back to Lokey. If there is service necessary, I will go through another Dealership. I have been belittled by my Service Advisor and still haven't heard back regarding the condensation around my rear hatch window, which I was told they were contacting Nissan to see if there had been any complaints. Bottom line, I have been treated poorly and wish I had done more research before I purchased my Rouge from LOKEY! More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE....RUN They are huge liars and told me that my truck was in total alignment which they obviously never checked. When I took it to Courtesy Nissan they confir They are huge liars and told me that my truck was in total alignment which they obviously never checked. When I took it to Courtesy Nissan they confirmed what Firestone had told me, that I did need an alignment and even gave me the paper showing where they had checked my alignment unlike the liars at Lokey who never even gave me a sheet that they checked it, which they didnt. They also lied about putting air in my tires because one of them was really low and they said that they put air in them but I found out that they did not put any air in them by checking the status on my truck when I left there and it clearly showed the tire being at the same low air rate as it was previously. I would strongly urge you to take your vehicle to someone you can trust and not to these dishonest people. More

I am called by salesp When I first brought my Nissan yo be serviced, the staff was courteous, friendly and efficient.Lately, it has not been the same. I am called by salespeople to get another vehicle when my vehicle is being serviced and I am always invonvenienced and given the run around about loaner vehicles when I have been entitled to them. Once I was told that there are so many recalls that there aren’t any loaner vehicles. Next I was offered one but then was told that the warranty work that needed to be done wasn’t going to take long enough to be entitled to one. I can’t be without a vehicle. I take care of my elderly mom as well as work an hour away from my home. I still have not gotten my warranty work completed because I haven’t heard from anyone that the part was in! I also had a rare day off and brought the vehicle in to be told that it was just going to be assessed that day. I am truly not happy with service at this time. It’s a shame because I’m the past this has never been the case. More
