New Nissan Rouge Service Chuck was very efficient with helping try to resolve the issues with the paint stains on the hood of my car, but very belittling with constant comment Chuck was very efficient with helping try to resolve the issues with the paint stains on the hood of my car, but very belittling with constant comments that it was stains from "Bird Poop!" At No Point since my purchase of this car has there be "Bird Poop" on the hood of this car. This is an issue with the Paint on the Rouge and under warranty should be addressed. I am not a child and do not appreciate the CONSTANT accusations that were made. This is a new car and has other issues with the seals on the windows, which we are supposedly waiting to hear back. The continuous comments about the Bird Poop were totally uncalled for. I wish I had done my research before purchasing a car from LOKEY! More
