Customer oriented, very professional service. My last service technician was John, great guy, great service. But my earlier visit was that made me realize these guys are bending over backwards s My last service technician was John, great guy, great service. But my earlier visit was that made me realize these guys are bending over backwards servicing their public. That service tech dragged the master mechanic out from the shop for me to make sure all my questions are addressed and answered. Kudos to these guys! More

If you'd like to waste an entire day check out Lokey Nissan In one month I was in this dealership three times for service. The first time just for an oil change and tire rotation, but also to check what the pro In one month I was in this dealership three times for service. The first time just for an oil change and tire rotation, but also to check what the problem with my stereo was. Turns out I needed an SD card. I had already been there for three hours waiting for an oil change so rescheduled the SD installation. Driving home from that oil change I started hearing a rattling. Apparently when they rotated my tires they knocked a mud flaps loose. When I went back for the SD installation I was there for over 3 hours yet again and they told me that they didn't have time to do anything with the rattling noise. They then rescheduled me a third time. When I got there the third time the rep (chuck)That was supposed to take care of me was nowhere to be found. I stood and waited for him for over 30 minutes. Eventually a new employee Lee Aaron decided he didn't want to see me wait any longer. He then took it upon himself to take my vehicle down to the mechanics and tell them what happened. They fixed it quickly. However, they didn't fix it correctly. They merely put a clamp on it. They also quoted me $300 for the SD card, yet when I came to get it installed another representative told me it was covered under warranty. Tammy Lynn being the person that misquoted me. Matt helped me in that situation. He's a keeper. After almost eight hours waiting in your establishment in one month I can easily say that I will drive all of the way to New Port Richey to get my work done at Lokey Subaru from now on. Following this appointment I received repeated and numerous phone calls early in the morning from this establishment trying to buy my vehicle. Always before my alarm clock. 100% disenchanted with this establishment. Your Saving Grace however, Lee Aaron. Hopefully you realize this and value him as an employee. I can also say good things about Matt, however that's about it. More

Great Service I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in for a possible transmission issue. They told me it cost a diagnostic fee unless an issue was found and then it would I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in for a possible transmission issue. They told me it cost a diagnostic fee unless an issue was found and then it would be my warranty deductible. The next day they confirmed it was a warranty covered repair and got me in a loaner which was an equivalent vehicle in great shape. They finished the work quickly for the work that was needed, kept me updated, and when it was done charged what they said. Very happy with the service and my experience. More

Another great experience at Lokey I appreciate the service department's "on time" service. The waiting area is good for getting work done but most often my car is completed in less tim I appreciate the service department's "on time" service.
