Lokey is not Pokey when it comes to service I had an awesome experience with Lokey Nissan on my last service. I brought my 2015 Nissan Sentra in for the air condition not blowing cold air in th I had an awesome experience with Lokey Nissan on my last service. I brought my 2015 Nissan Sentra in for the air condition not blowing cold air in the 90 degree weather we are having in Florida. My service advisor, Chuck wrote up ticket and said my bumper to bumper contract was up but he checked further and advised me that I had an extended warranty. He put me in a loaner and a new compressor was installed and my car was ready the next am. I am very pleased to have cold air again More

Best In Service I have been going here for service for several years beginning with the purchase of my 2014 Nissan. Their Service Team, like Chuck, have always been very helpful in letting me know what is needed to be done in language that I could understand. More

Great work Chuck Excellent! Chuck and the mechanic took great care of me, even finding an elusive oil leak which turned out to be an oil pan bolt that needed tightened Excellent! The Service department is top notch!! My service advisor Chuck (and the rest of the service dept) always take care of my car’s needs with a courteous and professional demeanor. I never feel like I’m being “sold” services; in fact when I thought I needed to have my tires rotated Chuck advised I didn’t need this and should do this in my next oil change visit.
