I took my car to another dealership, Loeber Motors (where I purchased the car earlier this year!) and had a very poor service experience. I told a few people and they said go to Autohaus on Edens. My gosh, f I purchased the car earlier this year!) and had a very poor service experience. I told a few people and they said go to Autohaus on Edens. My gosh, from the minute I pulled in the service was stellar! Eddie was fantastic with communication and took care of items I had concerns about... items I didn’t know I needed fixed...and he fixed the issue the other dealership told me that they couldn’t because it was an aftermarket “add on”....that they included in the original “For Sale” listing they posted! Keep up the superior service that you deliver!!! Thank you. More

"Service B" more affordable My husband and I both drive Mercedes. We have primarily been using the dealership closest to our home for years for our automotive needs. My husband ran across a coupon on the web for "Service B" at Autohaus. However even the base price of the service was significantly less than what we have been accustomed to paying. He took his car there a few weeks ago and was pleased with the reduced cost and overall experience. This week I took my C300 in for the same work. Autohaus also noticed a brand new recall and took care of that (steering rack issue) while my car was there. We are shocked by the price difference of several hundred dollars.
