In 2016, Cindy was recruited by her sister Noha, to join Flemington BMW. She put her extensive hospitality skills to good use engaging with customers over the phone and the world-wide web. Starting as a member of the Internet team, she was keenly aware that she was the first contact for many of the dealership’s customers. In July of 2024, Cindy was promoted to Sales Manager, where she continues to use those skills to help lead Flemington BMW's sales team. She loves working for the Flemington BMW organization and being part of a family oriented company that the Brisby family continue to lead. That family oriented philosophy is something very important to Cindy. When not at work, Cindy enjoys spending her time with her husband, daughter, son, and especially cheering on her beloved Giants!

Smooth transaction, completely painless. I initially inquired on the internet about a car I was interested in and started speaking with Cindy Amin. We went back and forth for a few days. She was very easy going and patient dealing with all my questions. I never felt rushed or as if I was bothering her in anyway. After finalizing some numbers with her, I was then working with Bill Hinton who completely made me feel at home and at ease. It really was a pleasure dealing with both of them. I will definitely go back to see Bill when its time for my next car. After meeting up with Bill in person and finalizing everything internally I then had the pleasure of meeting Jan Blakley in finance. That is the place most people dread going after working with your client advisor/s. I have met quite a few at other BMW dealerships. Jan on the other hand was very pleasant and laid back. I felt zero pressure and completely relaxed. This BMW dealership in my opinion overall was the most professional, easy going, non pressurized environment I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend giving them a shot. More

Low key, no pressure sales approach. My initial inquiry was via their online contact email system and Cindy Amin responded very quickly. She then followed up with a phone call and we set up a time to meet. Upon arriving at the dealership Vince Dillon the Sales Manager greeted my wife and I at the door. He then walked us over to meet Cindy who then handed us off to Bryan Clark a Sales Client advisor. Bryan took us for a test drive of the X5 I had inquired about, upon returning to the dealership presented their offer which was better than I had expected and after very little negotiation on our trade in we closed the deal. Then dealt with Noha Amin in their finance department to complete all the paperwork we drove home in a new X5. Sounds like a lot of people involved time, but it was all seamless and pleasant. More

World Class Service! We found the car we liked on the BMW CPO website, inquired on availability and Cindy contacted me the very next morning. She answered all my questions about the vehicle and we decided to go for it. Cindy patiently walked me through the credit application despite some computer glitches, and I got the feedback within minutes. When we walked into the beautiful dealership showroom, we received immediate attention. Greg offered us water and introduced us to Tom who did a phenomenal job of showing us the features and functionalities of the vehicle. After preparing some paperwork, Greg took over and smoothly went through the initial paperwork with us, then took us to Noha's office for financing. Noha did a great job of presenting us with options to ensure an enjoyable experience with our vehicle. As we were pressed for time, we stepped out for a quick drive in the vehicle with Greg. Noha did everything to complete the paperwork in record time, rushed and handed the package to us in the vehicle and we were on our way. We really appreciate the wonderful service we received at Flemington BMW. Judging from our experience, it is obvious to us why this dealership is ranked Number One in the entire country. Overall, a pleasant dealership experience! My lease inquiry process started with Cindy Amin, who promptly provided me with the information I needed by email, with minimal back-and-forth. Seeing a reasonable starting point (I.e., lease numbers), I agreed to drop by the dealership and take it to the next level. I did not get this type of competitiveness and timely response from other dealers, so I crossed them off my list. JR Nast has a sense of humor that helped with a car leasing process that a lot of buyers typically equate to a visit to the dentist for a root canal. He reviewed the car features when we test drove the car and again, in more detail, after we leased it. He is knowledgeable and a professional. Jan Michael knew his stuff and efficiently walked us through the financial process. He explained terms and conditions and also answered my questions in the level of detail that I needed. From a customer’s standpoint, it’s a running joke in the car industry that we get ‘worked on’ by Sales and then get more ‘beating’ from Finance. I did not get this impression from Jan Michael. I can’t wait to get to know the Service folks to confirm that their level of excellence is par for the course for this dealership! More
