great experiance went to buy wife new legacy. i have a 2014 crosteck that i bought from another dealer but have serviced at shingle springs. the service department is went to buy wife new legacy. i have a 2014 crosteck that i bought from another dealer but have serviced at shingle springs. the service department is great. each time i need service or have a problem they take care of it. all in the department are great. this is the reason i went to shingle springs to buy the legacy. went in to a clean well manged store.. i had just left the local jeep dealer as my wife wanted to look at jeep grand cherikee. was outside for over 30 min. looking at the jeeps and no one came to service me. from the moment i exited my car i was greted. told the salesperson i was looking for a legacy. he directed me to the car i wanted. he answered all my questions. . i told him i wanted to know the bottom line on the one we picked out. did not want to go back and forth on price and i would not buy until i went home and made a decesion . due to my surprise he came with printed offer. told him i would call back after making a decesion went home called back and told him to hold the legacy,also told him i might want the one that had the eye sight and starlink . came back next day same salesperson took care of us great job.. went in office to sign the papers.. the sales manager completed the deal in a very short time. the sales manager also wanted to know if i wanted the extended warrentee. the price i was given was great. while the car was being prepared as i had changed my mind on the one i wanted young lady went over all the options with us, great job. also told us that after 2 weeks she would make an appointment to go over again.. after checking the new auto i found a blemish by the door, very minor,told me i would get a call as to when to bring in. recevied the call next day and have a appointment to fix it. i am 75 and can not count the times i have bought a new car or truck. this was the easeast and best experiance i have had. thank you shingle springs subaru thank you tim gonzals sales person =,clair barnet customer product specialist= and the sales manager did not get his card card thank you= warren mecham More

Quick easy stress free no pressure great people Of the 4 times I've bought a car from a dealer this was hands down the absolute best experienceive I've ever had. I had recently wrecked my 2013 Suba Of the 4 times I've bought a car from a dealer this was hands down the absolute best experienceive I've ever had. I had recently wrecked my 2013 Subaru BRZ and went to Shingle Springs Subaru to check the price of the newest version of the car. On my first visit they looked into it and had the same color 2017 BRZ due to arrive in a couple weeks. They offered to put my name on it to hold it for me while I decided if I wanted it or not. I never felt pressure that I had to buy it right that moment and they didn't try to put me into another car. I thought it over, did more research, and a week later I came back for my second visit and said I wanted the car. I know the car well and told them what I'd pay. They then gave me a printout of the final numbers with taxes and said it would arrive in a few days. I was very eager to get the car so the next day on my way home from work I stopped to see if the car had arrived. It had just arrived and was still covered in the plastic wrapping from the delivery. We handled the paperwork and I signed all the documents. The finance guy did a great job being quick and to the point with a process that seemed to drag out at other dealers. I showed up right before they were closing and the car wasn't ready for me yet. I was promised it would be ready by noon the next day and I left with the owner's manuals to read. The next day I was texted with the progress they were making on the vehicle. I showed up at noon and my car was looking perfect. Then someone sat in the car with me and showed me all the new features and how to use them. She was super friendly and answered any questions I had. I drove it to the gas station so they could fill it up with gas and then I was done. In total my 4 visits equalled less than 3 hours. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. Absolutely no stress. Great communication. Usually after buying a car from a dealership I am so fed up with them I vow to never return. I had such an easy experience I will absolutely be back when I need a bigger vehicle in a few years. Oh and also extra points for the free Starbucks coffee machine. More

Easy, No Presssure! I was terrified of buying a new car because I didn't want to be pressured into anything or sold anything I didn't want. Working with Shingle Springs i I was terrified of buying a new car because I didn't want to be pressured into anything or sold anything I didn't want. Working with Shingle Springs is how car buying should be. We negotiated over the phone a few days before we went in which took the anxiety of showing up to a car lot completely away. I showed up ready to buy a vehicle rather than ready to go to war. Everything was easy. Randy was fantastic over the phone, Wayne was great at getting us all set up, Claire was phenomenal at teaching me about the features of my new car and Jon was great in finance. Never once did I feel pressured. If I said no to something or had a question, I wasn't met with hostility or slimy sales tactics. My concerns and questions were all addressed honestly and respectfully. There are at least 6 Subaru dealerships withing a 30 mile radius of where we live and I would never hesitate to send anyone to Shingle Springs. They showed me that buying a car shouldn't be stressful or anxiety inducing. They have a customer for life with us! More

Tom (sales) and Claire who showed us all the features of our new 2017 Outback and Brett who completed the financing were all exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient at getting our deal closed within a two hour time frame. Shingle Springs Subaru is definitely our new "go-to" place for purchasing the best vehicle from the best staff. We will be changing our services to Shingle Springs for all three of our Subaru vehicles (2012 Outback and 2009 Impreza). More

Best Car Buying Experience I have bought many cars in the past and these guys are the best! They are NOT pushy at all like most other dealers. I felt very comfortable and never I have bought many cars in the past and these guys are the best! They are NOT pushy at all like most other dealers. I felt very comfortable and never pressured to buy a car. I went there the first time looking at the different Outback models available and they were very informative and knowledgeable. I left and said I'd be back and they never tried to pressure me to buy one. Then I went back when I was ready to buy it and they were very helpful. Gave me a 45 minute lesson on all the features of my brand new Outback and it was so helpful! More
