Clara is great ! The wait time is ridiculous. I was the first car there. My appt was at 7am & I arrived at 6:40 so I could be the first in& out. My service was only for an oil change & tire rotation. I was first car there. My appt was at 7am & I arrived at 6:40 so I could be the first in& out. My service was only for an oil change & tire rotation. I was there for almost 3 hours& watched 2 people that were behind me leave before me. My first time visiting I was there for 2hrs & asked for my car back after I was told it would be another 3hrs & they had not even started working on my car yet. This was my second time & once again the wait was ridiculous. I’m going to give this service center one more chance before I take my business elsewhere. More
