My experience is always great! I've been this service center's customers for over 12 years and they have always been consistent with great customer service and attentive to my con I've been this service center's customers for over 12 years and they have always been consistent with great customer service and attentive to my concerns. I love how they always refer to the account and keep track of my vehicle's needs. I miss a few of the employees that have moved away but the new ones carry the same care for customers. Honda of Valley Stream is the place to go! Thank you! And their waiting area is really nice and comfie! More

i cancelled a patient visit in order to go to Honda in Hempstead service center and when i got there at 4:53pm( knowing that they close at 6pm) while i didnt have an appt, I was told that they stop taking Hempstead service center and when i got there at 4:53pm( knowing that they close at 6pm) while i didnt have an appt, I was told that they stop taking walk-ins at 4pm. Not good since I went to a different Honda Service Center later that week. I then asked for the regional officer of the Northeast Region and then was told Honda doesn't have one. then as I was walking out upset, I was told after repeatedly saying, you sure?, the person then said we have a general manager. I was already in disgust. You see, I work 4 jobs 7days a week and I served 8 years to protect the national security of this country (US VETERAN) SO THAT MALES DON'T GET DRAFTED AND CAN ENJOY THEIR LIFE IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR WORKING FOR FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES.. I'M DISGUSTED WITH THE RESPECT OUR MILITARY SERVICEMEN/WOMEN RECEIVE. MY LEASE IS DUE TO EXPIRE SOON. LET''S SEE IF HONDA FALLS BACK ON THEIR WORD THAT I SHOULD HAVE A LESSER MONTHLY PREMIUM IF I'M A RETURNING CUSTOMER!! I THEN WENT TO VALLEY STREAM OF HONDA WHICH WAS IMPECCABLE More
