Clara was my service advisor. However what I originally took my car there for was not fixed. I and I whined up with a bigger problem. My car battery charger system indicator is still appearing. I called to took my car there for was not fixed. I and I whined up with a bigger problem. My car battery charger system indicator is still appearing. I called to notify her that my car was cutting off she told me my car wouldn’t be serviced until the following day because the mechanic that was working on my car wasn’t there the day I called. I had to take it to a another car shop where they told me my battery was actually defective and I just need to change my sensor. But they did advise me to go to a Honda to do so. I reached out to Clara again and she never returned my phone call. This experience was so frustrating I paid $560 for none of issues I originally came there for solved. More
